Two gunmen pulled him out of the car he was driving in with his two children and his wife. They shot him five times. This is a scary place. People walk around the streets armed. There is no police here."The Israeli community was shocked by the way the murder was carried out. This case is frightening, in broad daylight, in the middle of town. This is a lawless city, the Wild West."Last month, an Israeli jeweller, Michel Rubnik, was also murdered in Johannesburg, apparently during an armed robbery.The personal security of civilians in South Africa in general and in Johannesburg in particular is very problematic.
