Michael Bradley Gordon was shot to death in Chilliwack on August 25th. One more sad death in a protracted vendetta which shows no sign of of running out of bullets. What distinguishes Mr. Gordon's case is that he was the second local realtor with known associations to the incredibly ruthless UN Gang to be executed over the summer. (The other was Elliott Castaneda, slain in Mexico on July 12.)Mr. Gordon was a personal friend of Clayton Roueche and he personally handled Roueche’s real estate portfolio. Roueche is the now infamous leader of the UN Gang, currently being held in a federal lockup in Seattle.

Dapper's Night Club gun incident

Mounties have a man in custody after he allegedly flashed a gun inside a nightclub. RCMP received a 9-1-1 call from Dapper's Night Club on Young Road just after midnight.
While officers quickly spotted the suspect and he was initially cooperative, he began to move away from police and there was a brief struggle. During the struggle he reached into his clothing and dropped an automatic 9 mm pistol underneath a parked vehicle in the area. He then fled the area on foot, but was quicky intercepted by additional officers.
Mounties say the suspect is known to them and has ties to organized crime. Several of his associates were also taken in for questioning, but have been released without charge. The 30-year old Coquitlam man is facing several weapons charges.
