Montrael Albury

Montrael Albury was arrested Tuesday at the school for possession of a weapon on school property, according to an arrest report from the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department.
The report states Albury, 19, had in possession knife and a BB gun. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Albury averages 4 points per game for the Sharks, which are 2-7. Messages left for Riverview boys basketball coach Mike Baker and the Hillsborough County School District were not immediately returned.

In the wake of 9/11, these serious firearm offenses must be punished severely! Posession of a BB gun is a serious crime that affects the very fabric of our society. These weapons charges should carry a minimum sentence of life in prison, so our schools can be safe!

The previous comment must be a joke. Life in prison for a BB gun?! I don't care where the BB gun was taken or found. That doesn't justify anything but a misdemeanor charge if that. There shouldn't be a zero tolerance policy for finger nail clippers and over-the-counter medication either. Some common sense is needed here people.
